EMOTIVE Meeting, Dublin | 2-3 November 2017
The EMOTIVE meeting brought together all the partners to Dublin in order to follow up on the project’s work to date and plan for the review of its first year. The meeting took place in the Science Gallery, a perfect venue as it’s where art and science collide. The team had a drink reception at the NOHO offices in the heart of Dublin city, which included some VR fun and play! Our partner NOHO also showcased their most recent projects and we got to see their work behind the scenes too.
Explorathon – Researchers’ Night Scotland | 29 September 2017
During the Explorathon – Researchers’ Night Scotland, the visitors to the Hunterian’s Antonine Wall were testing and trying out new digital stories and learning about the EMOTIVE research, museum objects and Roman history. The visitors also participated in the story-design process assisting researchers in the development of digital storytelling techniques. Read more.

One of the most important archaeological sites in the world, Çatalhöyük is a densely packed Neolithic (New Stone Age) settlement in central Turkey which dates back 9000 years. Inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2012, the Çatalhöyük is also the EMOTIVE’s cultural partner. Read more.
